I can’t believe it’s Thanksgiving week! It’s amazing how fast time goes once the summer is over. I started writing this post as Jason and I drove to spend the week with his family. I really love a long road trip! Maybe it’s because I grew up driving 7+ hours to see my family or to go on vacations. I just find flying so much more stressful! And you can’t pack as much unless you want to pay for it. It made the most sense for us to drive this year rather than sit on a plane before spending the week with family. There’s also just something about wearing a mask on a plane that makes me extremely uninterested in flying too!
I found myself thinking (like I do every year) about what I will wear for Thanksgiving. I always plan a Thanksgiving outfit, Christmas outfit, and Easter outfit. When I worked in retail it was a little bit easier with those killer employee discounts. But I thought it would still be fun to put together some outfit ideas whether you’re looking to buy something or just for a little inspiration before going into your own closet.
